Welcome to Card Khronicles. By browsing or placing an order on our site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Returns & Refund Policy.

1. Who we are

Card Khronicles LLC (“we,” “us,” “Card Khronicles”) sells trading card game products and related items online and through live streams. Our website is cardkhronicles.rip. We ship from Meridian, Idaho 83642.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You can check out as a guest. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login info safe and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate billing and shipping information.

3. Products & descriptions

  • We aim for accurate listings, photos, and descriptions.
  • Singles / graded cards: For single-card listings (especially high-value or graded), the exact card shown is generally the one you receive.
  • Bulk / lower-value: Photos may be representative; we guarantee equivalent or better condition and value unless noted.
  • Sealed product: Sold as factory-sealed unless clearly stated otherwise. Minor cosmetic packaging wear from storage or shipping can occur.
  • Authenticity: Cards and TCG product we sell are guaranteed authentic. Fan Art or Non-TCG items will be clearly warned in the listing.
  • Live / rip / break / surprise-set style purchases: Contents of sealed product are randomized by the manufacturer. Pulls are not guaranteed. Participating means you accept that outcome.

Prices, stock, and availability can change. We may cancel or refuse an order (for example, pricing/stock errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions) and will notify you if we do.

4. Orders, payment & confirmation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed through secure third-party gateways; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking details when available. Please check spam/junk folders.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and speed.
  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment clears (weekends/holidays may add time).
  • Typical U.S. transit after ship: Standard about 3–7 business days; Priority about 2–4; Express about 1–3 (carrier estimates, not guarantees).
  • International (if offered): longer, and customs delays are outside our control. Duties/taxes may be the buyer’s responsibility where applicable.
  • Title and risk of loss generally transfer when we hand the package to the carrier, except where we expressly agree to help with a carrier claim under our Returns & Refund Policy.
  • Double-check your address before checkout. Incorrect addresses can delay or prevent delivery.

We package carefully (sleeves/top loaders for cards; bubble wrap / secure packing for sealed; double-box when needed) so product arrives in the condition it left our facility.

6. Returns, refunds & cancellations

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy (linked on this site and at checkout). In short: refunds, exchanges, and returns are not allowed in most cases (TCG / sealed integrity), we will still work with you on damage/loss and “not as described” issues, and any goodwill help is discretionary.

7. Live streams & community

Live rip, surprise sets, character breaks, energy breaks, and similar formats follow the rules explained on stream and in the listing. Once product is opened for your purchase as agreed, the sale is final except as covered in our Returns & Refund Policy (e.g., carrier damage, clear seller error). Community spaces (Discord, socials, chat) should stay respectful; we may remove people who harass others or disrupt shows.

8. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and our original materials belong to Card Khronicles LLC or our licensors. Product names/logos of Pokémon and other TCGs belong to their respective owners; we’re an independent seller, not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies unless we say otherwise.

9. Limitation of liability (plain English)

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Card Khronicles LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, emotional distress over pulls, etc.) arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is generally limited to what you paid us for that order. Some states don’t allow certain limits — if that applies to you, some of this may not apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Idaho, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms or our policies from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site or placing a new order after updates means you accept the revised terms.
